Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Elena — your Pilates & movement coach.

Before Pilates, I spent eight years as a professional dancer, then years more rehabbing my own injuries. That’s exactly why my teaching is different: every cue is rooted in anatomy, not repetition for its own sake. I’ll help you build strength exactly where you need it, with the control and precision Pilates was built on.

Ways To Work Together

Pilates, Precisely for You

Private Reformer Sessions

One-on-one reformer training calibrated to your alignment, strength, and goals.

Mat Pilates Coaching

Classical mat work to build core control and length, no equipment required.

Injury & Rehab Support

Corrective, low-impact programming for recovery, working alongside your physical therapist.

Small Group Reformer

Intimate reformer classes, max 4 clients, for community without losing personal attention.

Why Clients Choose Me

Precision Over Repetition

This isn’t about counting reps. It’s about training the exact muscles that need it, in the exact pattern your body needs, so the change actually lasts.

Anatomy-First Programming

Every exercise is chosen for what your body specifically needs, not a set routine.

Rehab & Injury Informed

Comfortable working alongside PTs and doctors on post-injury or chronic pain programming.

Small, Focused Sessions

Private or max-4 group sessions, so your form is always being watched.

Real Progress Tracking

We reassess and adjust your program every few weeks, not just at the start.

How We’ll Work Together

Your Path to Stronger, Easier Movement

Step 1

Discovery Call

A short conversation about your goals, injury history, and what “progress” should look like for you.

Step 2

Movement Assessment

Your first session includes a full postural and movement assessment before we build your plan.

Step 3

Guided Sessions

Consistent reformer or mat sessions, refined in real time as your body changes.

Step 4

Reassess & Progress

We revisit your program every 4–6 weeks to keep it matched to where you are.
