Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I'm Elena — your Pilates & movement coach.
Before Pilates, I spent eight years as a professional dancer, then years more rehabbing my own injuries. That’s exactly why my teaching is different: every cue is rooted in anatomy, not repetition for its own sake. I’ll help you build strength exactly where you need it, with the control and precision Pilates was built on.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Pilates experience to start?
Not at all. Most clients start as complete beginners — sessions are private, so we move at exactly your pace.
Can Pilates help with an existing injury?
Often, yes. I regularly work alongside physical therapists on post-injury and chronic pain programming — bring your PT’s notes to your first session.
What should I wear?
Fitted, comfortable clothing without loose fabric — leggings and a fitted top work best around the equipment.
Do you offer group classes?
Yes, small reformer groups of up to 4 clients, in addition to fully private sessions.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice for reschedules, at no charge. Late cancellations are billed at the full session rate.
